Job Title: Human Resource Officer (Performance Analyst)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all pending approval requests are treated withing 24 hours from each request
• Develop Customer Service training manual for sales Personnel before end of 2025 Handling and escalating all employee matters within 24hrs

Responsibilities

• Achieve spot check on minimum 3 separate business units per MONTH
• Achieve minimum 3 routine audit per staff each MONTH
• Achieve an audit completion rate of 100% each MONTH
• Achieve a minimum number of 5 key findings per audit each MONTH
• Achieve 100% supporting documents compliance for all processed expenses each month
• Achieve average Sales Audit Lead Time(Between Payment confirmation and Audit review) of 10 mins per transaction each MONTH
• Conduct at least one facility audit in each of the company operational locations i.e Depot, Warehouse, Workshop, Head Office each quarter (i.e minimum of 4 in each quarter)
