- Provide expert legal guidance and counsel across a diverse range of legal issues.
- Conduct thorough and comprehensive legal research and analysis to support decision-making and case strategy.
- Craft and negotiate contracts with precision.
- Offer guidance on various aspects of commercial & business law, Health & Safety law, contract law, intellectual property, etc
- Deliver advisory services in Company Secretarial & Corporate Governance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by delivering outstanding legal services.
- Effectively communicating with clients to understand their goals and concerns.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategies aligned with their business objectives.
- Stay informed about pertinent laws, regulations, and legal trends impacting the industry.
- Ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Offer advice on risk management and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the entire litigation process from initiation to resolution.
- Monitoring organizational compliance.
Requirements
- A Graduate Degree in Law (Minimum of second class lower)
- A member of the Nigerian Bar Association
- At least 9 years cognate experience, post call to bar
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial and Business law.

Qualifications
- MBBS Degree or its equivalent.
- Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
- Valid medical practicing license.

- Completion of NYSC or possession of an exemption certificate.
- Strong leadership qualities and administrative skills.

Qualifications

- Candidate must possess a license to practice medicine from the Nigerian Medical Association of Nigeria.
- Candidate must have at least 3-5 years’ post-NYSC experience as a Medical Officer.
- Candidates must be Knowledgeable in General Medicine and other related areas of medical practice.
- Candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must possess strong listening skill and problem-solving skill.
